By visiting our website, submitting an order or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the website or submit an order.

Scent Collection is an independent online retailer offering a curated collection of third-party branded fragrances and related products.

Scent Collection is the retailer and primary customer-service contact for purchases made through this website. Certain products are stored, packed and shipped on our behalf by third-party fulfillment partners.

Scent Collection is not the manufacturer of third-party branded products and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any featured brand unless expressly stated.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

You are at least the age of majority in your state of residence.
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
The information you provide is accurate and complete.
You will use the website and products only for lawful purposes.

You may not use this website or its products in violation of any applicable federal, state or local law.

3. Website use

You may use the Scent Collection website for personal, noncommercial shopping purposes.

You may not:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or customer accounts.
Introduce viruses, malicious code or harmful technology.
Interfere with the website’s security or operation.
Scrape, copy or reproduce website content without permission.

4. Customer accounts

Customers are responsible for protecting their account credentials and restricting access to their devices.

Scent Collection may decline, suspend or close an account associated with fraud, abusive conduct, repeated payment disputes or violations of these terms.

5. Product information

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product names, descriptions, sizes, ingredients, fragrance notes, photographs and other information.

Product photographs are illustrative. Actual color, packaging, labeling or presentation may vary because of screen settings, manufacturer updates or packaging changes.

Fragrance performance varies according to skin chemistry, environment, application method and personal perception. Scent Collection does not guarantee that a fragrance will smell identical on every person or provide a particular duration, projection or intensity unless expressly stated.

Product descriptions do not constitute medical advice or a guarantee of individual results.

6. Fragrance use and safety

Customers must read and follow the manufacturer’s packaging, warnings and usage instructions.

Fragrance products are for external use only unless the manufacturer expressly states otherwise. Keep fragrance away from eyes, children, heat, sparks and open flames.

Stop using a product if irritation occurs and seek appropriate medical guidance when necessary. Personal sensitivity or an allergic response does not automatically establish that a product was defective.

7. Product availability

All products are subject to availability.

Adding a product to a cart does not reserve it. A product may become unavailable before an order is processed or shipped.

If a product becomes unavailable, we may:

Cancel the unavailable item and issue the required refund.
Offer a comparable alternative.
Provide a revised fulfillment estimate and request the customer’s consent to the delay.

We may limit product quantities or discontinue products without prior notice.

8. Prices and payments

Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Prices may change without notice. A price change does not apply retroactively to an order already accepted.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other disclosed costs are calculated during checkout. Customers are responsible for reviewing the complete order total before submitting payment.

By providing payment information, you confirm that:

You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
The billing information is accurate.
You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the order total.

9. Order acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received the order. It does not guarantee product availability or shipment.

Scent Collection reserves the right to decline or cancel an order before shipment for reasons including:

Product unavailability.
Incorrect pricing or product information.
Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment.
Address or fulfillment restrictions.
Unusually large or duplicate quantities.
Violation of these Terms and Conditions.

When we cancel a paid order before shipment, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.

10. Order information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping and contact information.

Contact us immediately through our Contact page if information needs to be corrected. Changes cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.

Scent Collection is not responsible for problems caused by inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

11. Third-party fulfillment

Some products are stored, packed and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners from different locations.

As a result:

Orders may arrive in separate packages.
Packages may arrive on different dates.
Shipping carriers may vary.
Packaging may display a fulfillment provider’s name or branding.
The shipping or return address may differ from Scent Collection’s business address.

Scent Collection remains the customer’s retailer and primary point of contact for purchases made through our website.

Customers must contact Scent Collection—not an outside fulfillment provider—regarding an order unless we provide different written instructions.

12. Shipping and delivery

Shipping destinations, processing estimates, delivery estimates, tracking procedures, address requirements and lost-package procedures are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed.

When we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, the customer may accept the revised delivery estimate or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.

13. All sales final

Due to the personal-use nature of fragrances, hygiene considerations and transportation restrictions, all purchases are final sale.

We do not accept voluntary returns or exchanges, including returns of unopened products.

Refunds and exchanges are not provided for scent preference, buyer’s remorse, personal sensitivities, ordering errors, opened products or products that arrived correctly and without damage.

14. Damage and defect claims

Visible shipping damage, leakage, missing products or incorrect products must be reported through our Contact page within 24 hours of recorded delivery.

A defect that could not reasonably have been discovered during the initial inspection must be reported within seven calendar days of delivery.

Claims require:

The order number.
A clear description of the issue.
Photographs or video showing the product and problem.
Photographs of the shipping box and internal packaging.
A photograph of the shipping label.

Customers must retain the product and all original packaging until the claim is resolved.

Approved claims are resolved through replacement whenever an appropriate replacement is available. A refund is not provided when a replacement can be supplied.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

15. Order cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly. Cancellation requests must be submitted immediately through our Contact page.

Cancellation is not guaranteed. An order cannot be canceled after it enters fulfillment or ships.

When cancellation is approved before fulfillment, payment will be returned to the original payment method.

16. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions and discount codes:

Apply only during the stated promotional period.
May have eligibility or minimum-purchase requirements.
Cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.
Have no cash value.
Cannot be applied retroactively.
May be limited to one use per customer or order.

We may correct or cancel a promotion affected by an error, fraud or unauthorized distribution.

17. Reviews and customer content

When you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that:

The content reflects your genuine experience.
You have the right to submit it.
It does not violate another person’s rights.
It does not contain unlawful, threatening or malicious material.
It does not contain private information belonging to another person.

You grant Scent Collection a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and reproduce content voluntarily submitted for publication in connection with our website and marketing.

18. Intellectual property

The Scent Collection name, original logo, website design, text, graphics and original creative materials belong to Scent Collection or are used under appropriate permission.

Third-party brand names, trademarks, product images and logos belong to their respective owners.

No content may be copied, reproduced, sold, modified or commercially distributed without authorization from the applicable rights holder.

19. Third-party links and services

The website may contain links to third-party websites or services.

Scent Collection does not control and is not responsible for the content, security, privacy practices, availability or actions of independent third-party websites.

Accessing an outside website is at the customer’s discretion and is governed by that website’s terms.

20. Errors and corrections

The website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccurate information or omissions involving product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability or shipping information.

We may correct an error, update information or cancel an affected order. If a paid order is canceled because of our error, the applicable amount will be refunded.

21. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis.

Except for rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded, Scent Collection disclaims implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

This provision does not eliminate obligations relating to products that arrive damaged, materially defective or different from what was ordered.

22. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scent Collection and its owners, employees, representatives, service providers and fulfillment partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Scent Collection’s total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply when prohibited by applicable law.

23. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Scent Collection harmless from claims, losses or expenses arising from:
